Experimental details

Immunocytochemistry analysis of MIP-3 alpha in immersion fixed human peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) stumulated with LPS. Samples were incubated in MIP-3 alpha polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-47517) using a dilution of 10 µg/mL for 3 hours at room temperature followed by NorthernLights™ 557-conjugated Anti-Goat IgG Secondary Antibody (yellow) and counterstained with DAPI (blue).

Experimental details

Neutralization of MIP-3 alpha in human CCR6. Samples were incubated in MIP-3 alpha polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-47517). Recombinant Human CCL20/MIP-3α chemoattracts the BaF3 mouse pro-B cell line transfected with human CCR6 in a dose-dependent manner (orange line). The amount of cells that migrated through to the lower chemotaxis chamber was measured by Resazurin. Chemotaxis elicited by Recombinant Human CCL20/MIP-3α (10 ng/mL) is neutralized (green line) by increasing concentrations of Goat Anti-Human CCL20/MIP-3α Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody. The ND50 is typically 0.2-1.0 µg/mL.
