- Ks pan1-8 represents an excellent marker for distinguishing carcinomas from non-epithelial tumors. Polypeptides reacting: MW 52 500-MW 68 000 keratins (type II keratins K1-K8; formerly also designated cytokeratins 1-8) of human epithelial cells. Tumors specifically detected: all epithelium-derived neoplasms.Reactivity on cultured cell lines MCF-7, RT 112, HT-29, Detroit 562, RPMI 2650, SSC-12.

- Western blot was performed using Anti-NGF Polyclonal Antibody (Product # OSN00002A) and a 30 kDa band corresponding to NGF was observed across in Mouse Salivary Gland and not in Mouse Brain and Rat Salivary Gland. Tissue extracts (30 µg lysate) of Mouse Salivary gland (Lane 1), Mouse Brain (Lane 2), Rat Salivary gland (Lane 3) were electrophoresed using NuPAGE™ 12% Bis-Tris Protein Gel (Product # NP0342BOX). Resolved proteins were then transferred onto a Nitrocellulose membrane (Product # IB23002) by iBlot® 2 Dry Blotting System (Product # IB21001). The blot was probed with the primary antibody (1 µg/mL) and detected by chemiluminescence with Goat anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L) Superclonal™ Recombinant Secondary Antibody, HRP (Product # A27036, 1:4000 dilution) using the iBright FL 1000 (Product # A32752). Chemiluminescent detection was performed using Novex® ECL Chemiluminescent Substrate Reagent Kit (Product # WP20005).
