- Western blot analysis of LFA3 expression in HELA whole cell lysates (lane 1) and K562 whole cell lysates (lane 2). LFA3 at 35KD was detected using rabbit anti- LFA3 Antigen Affinity purified polyclonal antibody (Catalog # RP1106) at 0.5 μg/mL. The blot was developed using chemiluminescence (ECL) method (Catalog # EK1002).
