Description

Tarextumab is a fully human monoclonal antibody targeting Notch2/3 receptors, key components of the Notch signaling pathway involved in cell differentiation and cancer stem cell maintenance. It binds to both Notch2 and Notch3, inhibiting ligand-induced activation. It was investigated for the treatment of solid tumors, particularly pancreatic cancer and small cell lung cancer, but clinical development was discontinued due to lack of efficacy.
