- Immunofluorecent analysis of BCL9 in human cervical epithelial adenocarcinoma HeLa cells. Cells were fixed, permeabilized and stained with BCL9 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-49466) at a 1:25 dilution, followed by Dylight® 488-conjugated goat rabbit IgG (NK179883) secondary antibody at 1:200 dilution (green). Cytoplasmic actin is detected with Dylight® 554 Phalloidin (PD18466410) at 1:100 dilution (red). The nuclear counter stain is DAPI (blue).

- Immunocytochemistry analysis of BCL9 in Hela (Human Cervical epithelial adenocarcinoma cell line) cells. Samples were incubated with BCL9 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-49466) using a dilution of 1:25 followed by Dylight® 488-conjugated goat anti-rabbit IgG at a dilution of 1:200 (green). Cells were 4% paraformaldehyde-fixed and 0.1% Triton X-100 permeabilized. Immunofluorescence image showing nucleus staining on HeLa cell line. Cytoplasmic actin is detected with Dylight® 554 Phalloidin at 1:100 dilution (red).
