Experimental details

Immunofluorecent analysis of BCL9 in human cervical epithelial adenocarcinoma HeLa cells. Cells were fixed, permeabilized and stained with BCL9 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-49466) at a 1:25 dilution, followed by Dylight® 488-conjugated goat rabbit IgG (NK179883) secondary antibody at 1:200 dilution (green). Cytoplasmic actin is detected with Dylight® 554 Phalloidin (PD18466410) at 1:100 dilution (red). The nuclear counter stain is DAPI (blue).

Experimental details

Immunocytochemistry analysis of BCL9 in Hela (Human Cervical epithelial adenocarcinoma cell line) cells. Samples were incubated with BCL9 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-49466) using a dilution of 1:25 followed by Dylight® 488-conjugated goat anti-rabbit IgG at a dilution of 1:200 (green). Cells were 4% paraformaldehyde-fixed and 0.1% Triton X-100 permeabilized. Immunofluorescence image showing nucleus staining on HeLa cell line. Cytoplasmic actin is detected with Dylight® 554 Phalloidin at 1:100 dilution (red).
