Samples were incubated in TRPM8 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA1-46239) using a dilution of 1:750 followed by an anti-rabbit HRP secondary antibody. Incubated overnight at 4 °C. Secondary antibody was incubated 1 hour at RT followed by ECL detection.
