- Detection of Rat BOK by Western Blot. Western blot shows lysates of E. coli transfected with an inducible expression vector containing rat BOK. PVDF membrane was probed with 0.8 µg/mL Rabbit Anti-Rat BOK Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # AF825) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Rabbit IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF008). A specific band for BOK was detected at approximately ??? kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 4.
