- Synthetic peptide
- Description
- MA3-902 detects HCN3 from human, mouse and rat samples. MA3-902 has been successfully used in Western blotting and immunohistochemistry procedures. By Western blot MA3-902 detects a ~90 KDa band representing HCN3. The MA3-902 immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to residues T(640) L L A R S A R R S A G S P A S P L V P V R A G P L L A R G P W A S T S(675) of rat HCN3. MA3-902 (clone TLL6C5) is a rat monoclonal hybridoma, produced by immunizing a rat, isolating the spleen cells, creating the hybridoma and successively injecting these cells into a mouse to produce ascites.

- Fig. 4 HCN protein isoforms are differentially expressed in GAERS VB thalamus. a Representative Western blots for HCN proteins from adult NEC and GAERS VB samples. Primary antibodies to detect each of the HCN channel isoforms were compared to vinculin in order to normalize the expression data. b Mean Western blot densitometry data for HCN1-4 normalized to vinculin for NEC ( n = 12 samples (six animals); black columns ) and GAERS ( n = 12 samples (six animals); grey columns ) VB samples
