- Detection of human GEF-H1 by western blot. Samples: Whole cell lysate (50 µg) from HEK293T, Jurkat, and K-562 cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibody: Affinity purified rabbit anti-GEF-H1 antibody (Product # A301-928A; lot A301-928A-2) used for WB at 0.1 µg/mL. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 3 minutes.

- Detection of human GEF-H1 by western blot. Samples: Whole cell lysate from HeLa (5, 15 and 50 µg for WB; 1 mg for IP, 20% of IP loaded) and 293T (T; 50 µg) cells. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-GEF-H1 antibody A301-928A used for WB at 0.1 µg/ml (A) and 1 µg/ml (B) and used for IP at 3 µg/mg lysate. GEF-H1 was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-GEF-H1 antibodies A301-929A and A301-930A, which recognize downstream epitopes. Detection: Chemiluminescence with exposure times of 3 minutes (A) and 10 seconds (B).
