- Detection of Human SH2D2A by Western Blot. Western blot shows lysates of Jurkat human acute T cell leukemia cell line (untreated), human primary differentiated Th2 cells and human primary differentiated Th17 cells treated (+) with 1 µg/mL Hamster Anti-Mouse CD3 epsilon Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB484) and 5 µg/mL Rat Anti-Mouse CD28 Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB4831) for 120 minutes. PVDF membrane was probed with 1 µg/mL of Sheep Anti-Human SH2D2A Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # AF6020) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Sheep IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF016). A specific band was detected for SH2D2A at approximately 52 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 1.

- Detection of Human SH2D2A by Simple WesternTM. Simple Western lane view shows lysate of human primary differentiated Th2 cells loaded at 0.2 mg/mL. A specific band was detected for SH2D2A at approximately 58 kDa (as indicated) using 10 µg/mL of Sheep Anti-Human SH2D2A Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # AF6020) followed by 1:50 dilution of HRP-conjugated Anti-Sheep IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF016). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using the 12-230 kDa separation system.
