- Immunoprecipitation/Immunoblot Analysis (Lot#2135166): Anti-FcεRI α was used to immuno-precipitate the receptor from transfected CHO cell lysate. The lysate was resolved by electrophoresis, transferred to nitro-cellulose and probed with anti-FcεRI α Polyclonal Antibody (1/3000). Proteins were visualized using a goat anti-rabbit secondary antibody conjugated to HRP and a chemiluminescence detection system. Lane 1: Normal CHO lysate.Lane 2: Lysate from CHO cells transfected with the α,β, and γ Fcε RI subunits. Arrow indicates Fcε RI α.
