- Immunoprecipitation/Immunoblot Analysis (Lot#2135166): Anti-Fc?RI ? was used to immuno-precipitate the receptor from transfected CHO cell lysate. The lysate was resolved by electrophoresis, transferred to nitro-cellulose and probed with anti-Fc?RI ? Polyclonal Antibody (1/3000). Proteins were visualized using a goat anti-rabbit secondary antibody conjugated to HRP and a chemiluminescence detection system.
