Experimental details: Western blot was performed using FCER1G Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-28832) and a 10 kDa band corresponding to FCER1G was observed. Whole cell extracts (30 µg lysate) of THP-1 (Lane 1), U-937 (Lane 2), RAW 264.7 (Lane 3), SK-O-V3 (Lane 4) and Neuro-2a (Lane 5) were electrophoresed using NuPAGE™ 12% Bis-Tris Protein Gel (Product # NP0342BOX), 12 well. Resolved proteins were then transferred onto a nitrocellulose membrane (Product # IB23001) by iBlot® 2 Dry Blotting System (Product # IB21001). The blot was probed with the primary antibody (1:2000) and detected by chemiluminescence with Goat anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L) Superclonal™ Recombinant Secondary Antibody, HRP (Product # A27036, 1:20,000) using the iBright™ FL1500 Imaging System (Product # A44115). Chemiluminescent detection was performed using SuperSignal™ West Pico PLUS Chemiluminescent Substrate (Product # 34580). Band of interest was not observed in cell lines such as SK-OV-3 and Neuro-2a which do not express FCER1G.

Experimental details: Western Blot using FCER1G Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-28832). Non-transfected (–) and transfected (+) 293T whole cell extracts (30 µg) were separated by 15% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with FCER1G Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-28832) diluted at 1:5,000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody was used to detect the primary antibody.
