Experimental details

Human stem cell line NCCIT was fixed with 1% paraformaldehyde (PFA) for ten minutes and blocked with 5% FBS for 30 minutes. Then, the cells were stained with 10 µg/ml of anti-human TRA-2-54 (clone TRA-2-54/2J) Alexa Fluor® 647 (red). Nuclei were counterstained with DAPI (blue). This image was captured with a 40X objective.
