- Chromatin immunoprecipitation analysis of RNF2 in HeLa using RNF2 Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-96361) and rabbit IgG. The amount of immunoprecipitated DNA was checked by quantitative PCR. Histogram was constructed by the ratios of the immunoprecipitated DNA to the input.

- Immunoprecipitation analysis of RNF2 was performed in 200 µg extracts of 293T cells using RNF2 Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-96361). Western blot was performed from the immunoprecipitate using RNF2 Polyclonal Antibody at a dilution of 1:1000.
