- Detection of Human and Mouse ZNF281 by Western Blot. Western blot shows lysates of HeLa human cervical epithelial carcinoma cell line, MCF-7 human breast cancer cell line, and A20 mouse B cell lymphoma cell line. Gels were loaded with whole cell lysate (WCL), cytoplasmic (Cyto), and nuclear extracts (Nuc). PVDF Membrane was probed with 1 µg/mL of Sheep Anti-Human/Mouse ZNF281 Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # AF6350) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Sheep IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF016). A specific band was detected for ZNF281 at approximately 117 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 1.
