PA1-24771 detects RSK1 p90 (phospho S380) from human and mouse samples. PA1-24771 is expected to cross react with rat (100% conserved) due to sequence homology. Cross reactivity with RSK2 is expected (85% conserved) based on peptide competition. PA1-24771 has been successfully used in Western blot procedures. The PA1-24771 immunogen is a synthetic phosphopeptide corresponding to a portion of human RSK1 containing serine 380.
