- Product name
- anti-Neurotrophic Tyrosine Kinase, Receptor, Type 2 (NTRK2) (pTyr515) antibody
- Antibody type
- Polyclonal
- Antigen
- Peptide sequence around phosphorylation site of pTyr515 (P-Q-Y (p) -F-G) derived from Human TrkB. Antibodies were produced by immunizing rabbits with synthetic phosphopeptide and KLH conjugates.
- Description
- The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography usingepitope-specific phosphopeptide. The antibody against non-phosphopeptide was removedby chromatography using non-phosphopeptide corresponding to the phosphorylation site.
