- Western blot using AP09148PU-N ASPP2 antibody to detect over-expressed ASPP2 in MCF-7 cells (Lane 2, arrowhead). Lane 1: nontransfected Control. Lane 3: MCF-7 cells over-expressing ASPP1. Cell extracts were electrophoresed and transferred to nitrocellulose. The membrane was probed with the primary antibody at a 1/1,000 dilution.
