Western blot analysis was performed on tissue extracts (30 µg lysate) of Mouse Skeletal Muscle (Lane 1), Rat Skeletal Muscle (Lane 2), Mouse Skin (Lane 3) and Rat Eye (Lane 4). The blot was probed with Anti-DEGS1 Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-42741, 0.4ug/ml) and detected by chemiluminescence using Goat anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L) Superclonal™ Secondary Antibody, HRP conjugate (Product # A27036, 0.25 ug/ml, 1:4000 dilution). A 38 kDa band corresponding to DEGS1 was observed tissues tested.
