- Western Blot analysis of Phospho-ROCK2 (Ser1366) was performed by separating 30 µg of untreated (–) and treated (+) HeLa whole cell extracts by 5% SDS-PAGE. Proteins were transferred to a membrane and probed with a Phospho-ROCK2 (Ser1366) Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-34895) at a dilution of 1:2000. (CIP: Calf-intestinal alkaline phosphatase).

- Western Blot using Phospho-ROCK2 (Ser1366) Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-34895). ROCKII (phospho Ser1366) antibody detects the phosphorylation of ROCKII at Ser 1366 residue in IP experiments. HEK293T cells were transfected with wild type (WT) or phospho-mutant (S1366A) ROCKII expression constructs. Overexpressed Myc-ROCKII proteins were immunoprecipitated with anti-myc antibody and probed with anti- ROCKII (phospho Ser1366) antibody Phospho-ROCK2 (Ser1366) Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-34895), 1:1,000 dilution) with or without peptide (0.2 mg/mL) competition as indicated. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody was used to detect the primary antibody.
