- Detection of Human TAK1 by Western Blot. Western blot shows lysates of Raji human Burkitt's lymphoma cell line, Ramos human Burkitt's lymphoma cell line, MCF-7 human breast cancer cell line, and U937 human histiocytic lymphoma cell line. PVDF membrane was probed with 1 µg/mL of Human TAK1 Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB5307) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF007). A specific band was detected for TAK1 at approximately 80 to 82 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 1.
