- Western Blot: HEK293 lysate (10ug protein in RIPA buffer) overexpressing Human MAP3K7 with DYKDDDDK tag stained with ARG63986 anti-TAK1 / MAP3K7 antibody (1ug/ml) in Lane A overexpressing HEK293 cell lysate standed with anti- DYKDDDDK Tag (1/3000) in lane C. Mock-transfected HEK293 stained with ARG63986 anti-TAK1 / MAP3K7 antibody (1mg/ml) in Lane B. Primary incubations were for 1 hour.
