- TrkB in Human Brain. TrkB was detected in immersion fixed paraffin-embedded sections of human brain (hippocampus) using Mouse Anti-Human TrkB Monoclonal Antibody at 25 ug/ml overnight at 4°C. Before incubation with the primary antibody tissue was subjected to heat-induced epitope retrieval using Antigen Retrieval Reagent-Basic. Tissue was stained using Anti-Mouse HRP-DAB (brown) and counterstained with hematoxylin (blue).
