Immunohistochemistry analysis of Ephb3 in 4% PFA, OCT embedded frozen mouse E16.5 lung sections. Sections were blocked and probed with an Ephb3 mouse monoclonal antibody (Product # MA5-15394) at a dilution of 1:1000. Detection was performed using an Alexa Fluor-568-conjugated anti-mouse secondary antibody (Product # A-11004).
