- Immunocytochemical analysis of LRRK2 in A431 cells using a LRRK2 polyclonal antibody (Product #PA5-18319). A431 cells were permeabilized with 0.15% Triton. Cells were incubated with 10 µg/mL of primary antibody for one hour followed by an Alexa Fluor 488 secondary antibody at a concentration of 2 µg/mL. Vesicle staining is shown in the image. The nuclear stain is DAPI (blue).

- Immunocytochemical analysis of LRRK2 in A549 cells using a LRRK2 polyclonal antibody (Product #PA5-18319). A549 cells were permeabilized with 0.15% Triton. Cells were incubated with 10 µg/mL of primary antibody for one hour followed by an Alexa Fluor 488 secondary antibody at a concentration of 2 µg/mL. Nuclear and vesicle staining is shown in the image. The nuclear stain is DAPI (blue). Negative control: Unimmunized goat IgG (10 µg/mL) followed by an Alexa Fluor 488 secondary antibody (2 µg/mL).
