- Immunohistochemistry analysis of Mimecan in formalin fixed and paraffin embedded human uterus tissue. Samples were incubated with Mimecan polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-48255) followed by peroxidase conjugation of the secondary antibody and DAB staining. This data demonstrates the use of this antibody for immunohistochemistry. Clinical relevance has not been evaluated.

- Flow cytometric analysis of OGN in 293 cells (right histogram) compared to a negative control cell (left histogram). Samples were probed with a OGN Antibody (C-term) (Product # PA5-48255). FITC-conjugated goat-anti-rabbit secondary antibodies were used for the analysis.
