- Detection of Mouse CD109 by Western Blot. Western blot shows lysates of C2C12 mouse myoblast cell line. PVDF membrane was probed with 0.1 µg/mL of Sheep Anti-Mouse CD109 Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # AF7717) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Sheep IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF016). Specific bands were detected for CD109 at approximately 170 and 180 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 1.
