Handling

Dilute in PBS or medium that is identical to that used in the assay system.Immunoblotting: use at 0.1-1.0ug/ml These are recommended concentrations. Enduser should determine optimal concentrations for their applications. Although the predicted mw of CgB is ~76kDa, the highly acidic nature of CgB causes it to run at a higher mw in SDS-PAGE. Immunohistochemistry: use at 1-5ug/ml.
