- Jurkat cells were treated with 5 µM Camptothecin for 4 hours (upper panel) or left untreated (lower panel). The cells were stained with 7-AAD and APC mouse anti-Annexin A1 (clone 74/3). All staining steps were performed in Annexin V staining buffer.
