- Detection of Human, Mouse, and Rat Neurofascin by Western Blot. Western blot shows lysates of rat brain tissue, mouse brain tissue, human brain (cortex) tissue, human brain (cerebellum) tissue, and human brain (hippocampus) tissue. PVDF membrane was probed with 0.5 µg/mL of Mouse Anti-Human/Mouse/Rat Neurofascin Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB3235) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF007). Specific bands were detected for Neurofascin at approximately 140 to 155 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 1.
