- Reconstitution: 1 X 50 µL double distilled water (DDW), depending on the sample size. The antibody ships as a lyophilized powder at room temperature. Upon arrival, it should be stored at -20C. The reconstituted solution can be stored at 4C for up to 1 week. For longer periods, small aliquots should be stored at -20C. Avoid multiple freezing and thawing. Centrifuge all antibody preparations before use (10000 x g 5 min).

- Expression of MC2R in rat adrenal gland - Immunohistochemical staining of paraffin embeddedrat adrenal cortex section using Anti-MC2 Receptor (extracellular) Antibody (#AMR-022), (1:100).Shown arethe capsule (C), thezona glomerulosa (ZG) and thezona fasciculata (ZF) of the adrenal cortex. Note that the staining (brown) is specific for cells of the adrenal gland while no staining is present in the dense connective tissue of the capsule. Color reaction was obtained with DAB. H&E is used as the counterstain.
