Experimental details

Immunocytochemistry-Immunofluorescence analysis of TBC1D10A in MCF7 cells using TBC1D10A Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-142085). Cells were fixed with paraformaldehyde, permeabilized with 0.15% Triton, and incubated with the primary antibody for 1hr (10 µg/mL) followed by Alexa Fluor 488 secondary antibody (4 µg/mL), showing cytoplasmic/Plasma Membrane and nuclear staining. The nuclear stain is DAPI (blue). Negative control: Unimmunized goat IgG (10 µg/mL) followed by Alexa Fluor 488 secondary antibody (4 µg/mL).
