- Detection of Human Phospho-WNK1 (T60) by Western Blot. Western blot shows lysates of HEK293 human embryonic kidney cell line untreated (-) or treated (+) with 1 μg/mL insulin for 5 minutes. PVDF membrane was probed with 1 µg/mL of Rabbit Anti-Human Phospho-WNK1 (T60) Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB4720) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Rabbit IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF008). A specific band was detected for Phospho-WNK1 (T60) at approximately 280 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 1.
