Lysates/proteins at 30 μg per lane. Secondary antibody: Goat Anti- RabbitIgG H&L (DyLight™ 800) at 1:10,000 dilution. Developed using the Odyssey technique. Performed under reducing conditions. Predicted band size: 26 kDa. Observed band size: 33 kDa.

- Immunofluorescence staining of cd79b in MCF7 cells. Cells were fixed with 4% PFA, blocked with 10% serum, and incubated with CD79b Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-80443, 1:1,000) at 4°C overnight. Then cells were stained with the Alexa Fluor®488-conjugated Goat Anti-rabbit IgG secondary antibody (green). Positive staining was localized to cell membrane and cytoplasm.
