- Detection of CD79B in Human Blood Lymphocytes by Flow Cytometry. Human peripheral blood lymphocytes were stained with Human CD79B Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB6620) followed by Allophycocyanin-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgM Secondary Antibody (Catalog # F0117) and Human CD19 PE-conjugated Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # FAB4867P). Quadrant markers were set based on normal mouse IgM control antibody staining .
