- Immunohistochemical analysis of MEP1B in immersion fixed paraffin-embedded sections of human intestine. Samples were incubated in MEP1B monoclonal antibody (Product # MA5-23991) using a dilution of 1 µg/mL overnight at 4 °C. Before incubation with the primary antibody, tissue was subjected to heat-induced epitope retrieval using Antigen Retrieval Reagent-Basic. Tissue was stained using the Anti-Rat HRP-DAB Cell & Tissue Staining Kit (brown) and counterstained with hemotoxylin (blue). Specific staining was localized to the Brush border of epithelial cells This application has not been tested in mouse samples.
