- Western blot analysis of Gnaz was performed by loading Mouse brain tissue lysate (30µg) on to a 10% SDS-PAGE gel. Proteins were transferred to a membrane and the membrane was probed with a Gnaz antibody (Product # PA5-49714) at a 1/250 dilution for 3 minutes, followed by Goat anti Rabbit IgG - H&L (HRP) at 1/10000 dilution.
