- For immunofluorescence analysis, Neurons were fixed and permeabilized for detection of endogenous NCAM2 using Anti-NCAM2 Recombinant Rabbit Monoclonal Antibody (Product # 703642, 1:100) and labeled with Goat anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L) Superclonal™ Secondary Antibody, Alexa Fluor® 488 conjugate (Product # A27034, 1:2000). Nuclei (blue) were stained using ProLong™ Diamond Antifade Mountant with DAPI (Product # P36962). Panel b) clearly demonstrates the localization of NCAM2 in neuronal processes (green) in comparison to Panel a) shows no specific staining in Neural stem cells. The images were captured at 10X magnification.

- For immunofluorescence analysis, LNCaP cells were fixed and permeabilized for detection of endogenous NCAM2 using Anti-NCAM2 Recombinant Rabbit Monoclonal Antibody (Product # 703642, 1:100) and labeled with Goat anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L) Superclonal™ Secondary Antibody, Alexa Fluor® 488 conjugate (Product # A27034, 1:2000). Nuclei (blue) were stained using ProLong™ Diamond Antifade Mountant with DAPI (Product # P36962), and Rhodamine Phalloidin (Product # R415, 1:300) was used for cytoskeletal F-actin (red) staining. Panel a-d) clearly demonstrates membrane localization of NCAM2 in LNCaP cells. Panel e-h) shows no specific staining in DU 145 cells which is NCAM2 negative, demonstrating specificity. The images were captured at 60X magnification.
