- Western blot analysis of KV1.1 in rat brain tissue lysate. Samples were transferred to PVDF membrane, blocked with 5% BSA (1 hour), incubated with KV1.1 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-109341), at a dilution of 1:500, followed by Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG-HRP (1 hour) with a dilution of 1:5000.

- Flow cytometry of KV1.1 in A549 cells, unlabelled sample (control; cells without incubation with primary antibody; black). Samples were incubated with KV1.1 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-109341) at a dilution of 1:50, followed by Alexa Fluor 488-conjugated goat anti-rabbit IgG with a dilution of 1:1000 (30 min).
