- Expression of Neurotrophin 3 in mouse spinal cord - Immunohistochemical staining of perfusion-fixed frozen mouse spinal cord sections with Anti-Neurotrophin 3 (NT-3) Antibody (#ANT-003), (1:300), followed by goat- Anti-rabbit-AlexaFluor-488 (green). The same sections were stained with mouse Anti-neurofilament 200 (NF) (red). Merge of the two images demonstrates the presence of NT-3 in gray matter which colocalizes with NF only in the soma of some neurons (arrow).
