- HEK293T cells were transfected with the pCMV6-ENTRY control (Left lane) or pCMV6-ENTRY ASCC2 (RC203391, Right lane) cDNA for 48 hrs and lysed. Equivalent amounts of cell lysates (5 µg per lane) were separated by SDS-PAGE and immunoblotted with anti-ASCC2. Positive lysates LY403150 (100 µg) and LC403150 (20 µg) can be purchased separately from OriGene.

- Equivalent amounts of cell lysates (10 µg per lane) of wild-type HeLa cells (WT, Cat# LC810HELA) and ASCC2-Knockout HeLa cells (KO, Cat# LC833296) were separated by SDS-PAGE and immunoblotted with anti-ASCC2 monoclonal antibody TA502806(1:1000`). Then the blotted membrane was stripped and reprobed with anti-PCNA antibody as a loading control.
