- Immunogen affinity purified. Detects mouse IL-17E/IL-25 in direct ELISAs and Western blots. In direct ELISAs, approximately 40% cross-reactivity with recombinant human (rh) IL-17E and recombinant rat IL-17E is observed, and less than 1% cross-reactivity with recombinant mouse (rm) IL-17, rmIL-17B, rhIL-17C, rhIL-17D, and rhIL-17F is observed.
