- ICC staining of primary DIV9 cells from fetal rat hippocampus (E18) showed Nsg1 localization (red, Alexa Fluor 568) within the neurons and not in the glia (MAP2-blue, GFAP-green). Right: the same cells in phase contrast. Nsg1 antibody was used at 1ug/ml.
