Samples were incubated in IL17RA monoclonal antibody (Product # MA5-23864) followed by a anti-Mouse IgG PE-conjugated secondary antibody. Cell line was stained with monoclonal antibody or isotype control antibody. No staining in the IL-17 RA/IL-17 R knockout K562 cell line was observed.

- Neutralization of IL17RA in HT‚29 human colon adenocarcinoma cell line. Samples were incubated in IL17RA monoclonal antibody (Product # MA5-23864). Recombinant Human IL‚17/IL‚17A induces CXCL1/GROα secretion in the HT‚29 human colon adenocarcinoma cell line in a dose-dependent manner (orange line), as measured by the Human CXCL1/GROα DuoSet. CXCL1/GROα secretion elicited by Recombinant Human IL‚17/IL‚17A (40 ng/mL) is neutralized (green line) by increasing concentrations of Mouse Anti-Human IL‚17 RA/IL‚17 R Monoclonal Antibody. The ND50 is typically 0.4-2 μg/mL.
