- Western blot analysis of RPLP2 was performed by loading Lane 1-6: Raji cells, K562 cells, A549 cells, hepg2 cells, PC3 cells, hela cell lysates (40µg) on to a 12% SDS-PAGE gel. Proteins were transferred to a membrane and the membrane was probed with a RPLP2 antibody (Product # PA5-51141) at a 1/800 dilution for 30 seconds, followed by Goat anti rabbit IgG at 1/8000 dilution.
