BG01V human embryonic stem cells either (A) untreated or (B) differentiated into pancreatic progenitor cells were stained with Mouse Anti-Human/Mouse PDX-1/IPF1 PE-conjugated Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # IC2419P, filled histogram) or isotype control antibody (Catalog # IC0041P, open histogram).
