- Immunoprecipitation: GOLPH3 Antibody [NBP2-76352] - Detection of human GOLPH3 by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (1.0 mg per IP reaction; 20% of IP loaded) from HeLa cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-GOLPH3 antibody NBP2-76352 used for IP at 100 ul per reaction. GOLPH3 was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-GOLPH3 antibody NBP2-76817. For blotting immunoprecipitated GOLPH3, NBP2-76352 was used at 1:1000. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 3 seconds.
