- Cell Proliferation Induced by Flt-3 Ligand and Neutralization by Human Flt-3 Ligand Antibody. Recombinant Human Flt-3 Ligand (Catalog # 308-FK or 308-FKN) stimulates proliferation in the BaF3 mouse pro-B cell line transfected with mouse Flt-3 in a dose-dependent manner (orange line). Proliferation elicited by Recombinant Human Flt-3 Ligand (5 ng/mL) is neutralized (green line) by increasing concentrations of Human Flt-3 Ligand Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB308). The ND50 is typically 0.02-0.06 µg/mL.
