- Neutralization of IL5RA in TF‚1 human erythroleukemic cell line. Samples were incubated in IL5RA polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-47340). Recombinant Human IL‚5 stimulates proliferation in the TF‚1 human erythroleukemic cell line in a dose-dependent manner (orange line). Proliferation elicited by Recombinant Human IL‚5 (0.5 ng/mL) is neutralized (green line) by increasing concentrations of Goat Anti-Human IL‚5 Rα/CD125 Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody. The ND50 is typically 1-3 µg/mL.
